  • Restores function through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.

  • Helps to maintain health for people of all ages, enables patients to manage pain and facilitate recovery.

  • Helps people to stay in work while allowing them to remain independent for as long as possible.

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) which aims to enhance a person's health and well-being. Massage is known to affect the circulation of blood and lymph and reduce muscular tension

What our clients say

"I had SPD in both my pregnancies but didn't manage to find proper support until my second."

"I felt immensely relieved to meet Anna who not only understood the condition, but was able to treat me, I felt she fully understood why I was in so much pain. We worked together to help alleviate some of my symptoms, she was a great support. Along with exercises, hands on treatment, information about support groups and a pelvic support belt I felt much better equipped to manage the pregnancy and the pain. I can't recommend Anna enough."
